Sisters Abbie (Katherine Randolph) and the wheelchair-bound Michele (Krista Braun) are brutalized when their loft complex is invaded on Christmas Eve by a gang of vicious criminals led by Jess (Grant Reynolds) and his sadistic sister Lorraine (Kym Jackson).

     The sisters are caught in the middle of a power struggle amongst the invaders as Adam (Scott Elrod) and the psychotic Rizzo (Andy Mackenzie) vie for control of the gang. When the girls' parents Michael (Bobby Ray Shafer) and Emily (Lenora May) stage a surprise holiday visit, the bloodbath goes into overdrive as the other members of the gang including Old Boy (R.A. Mihailoff) assault the family and their friends.
